There's a great one today GINSTR Recipe from our friend Yannick Duyck from Brussels. The bartender is a member of the Belgian national team of bartenders (UBB) and bar manager at The Twelve Bar, Thon Bruxelles.

Which raspberry jam you use is up to you. Yannick swears by the "Bonne Maman" available from us (see photo).

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker on ice until the shaker is steamed up on the outside. Put in a glass and enjoy.
