Violet GINSTR
Today we have a nice flowery one GINSTR Make your own cocktail at home for you: the Violet GINSTR!
You need:
40ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
20ml violet liqueur (crème de violette)
20ml lavender syrup (e.g. from Monin)
Place all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Put in a cocktail glass without ice and enjoy.
If you like it a little creamier, add a fresh protein to the shaker.
